Nick Bonk, Global Investment Banking Analyst, Consumer & Industrial Products Group at RBC Capital Markets
Nick joined RBC in 2016 and is an Analyst in the Consumer & Industrial Products Group within RBC Capital Markets’ Global Investment Banking Division. Nick has been directly involved in the origination and execution of numerous financing, advisory and valuation assignments across a wide spectrum of products and sectors. Nick graduated from the BBA program at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics with a concentration in Finance and minor in Economics
Halyna Shribak, CPA, CGA, CFA, Senior Manager, M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte
Halyna has more than twelve years of M&A transaction advisory experience, including ten years in Canada and two years in Ukraine. She has assisted strategic and private equity clients with financial due diligence and transaction support on a large number of M&A transactions, including private company deals, public company mergers, reverse takeovers, carve-outs, public-private partnership and joint ventures.
Myroslav Chwaluk, Partner in the Capital Markets and M&A group at Fasken
A graduate of the University of Windsor law school and called to the bar in 2010, Myroslav assists investment dealers and issuers of all sizes and stages of growth to structure, complete and minimize risk with respect to a broad range of corporate finance and M&A transactions, as well as in governance, disclosure and compliance matters.
